As the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak continue to escalate globally, IMG® wants to assure you that the health and safety of our members remains our top priority. At IMG, we have extensive experience working with governments and medical organizations to assist our members during serious medical situations, including all global health emergencies, since 1990. Throughout this outbreak and after, you can rely on IMG to be there for your customers during their travels. As new information and recommendations surrounding the coronavirus continue to emerge daily, we are experiencing a significant increase in the number of calls, emails, and inquiries to our Customer Care team.
